About the "Bak-elsen" that is being served, Maud says:
– Our dear behind is often seen as something provocative, both in culture and language. It is sexually charged, seductive and promising and yet makes noises and stinks even if we pretend otherwise. A complex body part, for others in plain sight, for us a non desired or desired part of ourselves, and she continues:
– The whole body is for me beautiful and at the same time humoristic and also our behind. And it has been great fun and challenging to 3D-scan and then cast my own tush with the excellent Fredrik Borg and then to see it turn into a yummie bakery in the hands of Triller Mat & Bröd.
For every bite, you also support the organisation Kvinna Till Kvinna
